Seasonal Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities :

Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets through excellent client service.

Provide personalized assistance with gift wrapping and packaging, ensuring brand standards and attention to detail.

Maintain organization and flow in back-of-house areas, including stockroom upkeep, product replenishment, and transfers.

Ensure the boutique remains visually impeccable, assisting with floor sets, restocking, and product displays.

Greet and assist clients, offering an elevated and professional level of service.

Support during peak periods including weekends, holidays, and in-store events.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred; luxury experience a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a premium experience.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Team-player mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.

Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Schedule :

Seasonal position (NovemberJanuary).

Full-time and part-time shifts available.
