What will your role be?
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for efficiently handling all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing. This role includes receiving deliveries, staging materials for various departments, and maintaining organized records. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills.
Activities :
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders
- Accurately stage and distribute materials to designated departments
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and coordinating with carriers including but not limit to USPS, UPS and DHL
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments using company software
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Ensure the shipping and receiving area is organized, clean, and safe
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill material requests promptly
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
