Job Overview : As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of CNC machines to produce precision parts. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate manufacturing of components according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Machine Setup :

Prepare and set up CNC machines based on job requirements.

Monitor the CNC machine during operation to ensure it is producing quality parts.

Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure their proper functioning. Identify and report any machine malfunctions or irregularities.

Maintain accurate records of machine settings, adjustments, and production quantities.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Work closely with other team members, including engineers and quality control personnel.
