Clinical IT Optimization Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical IT Optimization Manager for the Colorado or Pacific Northwest Region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the IT Optimization Team to improve system performance, scalability, and efficiency

Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline IT operations

Oversee IT imaging system configuration, troubleshooting, and support for PACS, VNAs, worklists, and AI platforms

Required Qualifications

Healthcare experience required, radiology highly preferred

5-7 years of IT management experience, focusing on system optimization and process improvement

Bachelor's degree in health information systems or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Expertise in IT imaging systems and workflow integration

Ability to work independently and lead a high-performing team
