As the Administrative Assistant , your goal will be to provide assistance to the account management team and providing administrative assistance to the general office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Conduct general office duties, such as answering phones, maintaining records, etc.
- Handle correspondences via mail and email, prioritizing and organizing for executive response
- Oversee office supply inventory and initiate orders when required
- Coordinate with team members and liaise with clients and vendors
- Handle day-to-day employee questions about HR, payroll, and benefits
- Collect, validate, and forward documents to clients and carriers
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollments
- Track benefit changes and liaise with benefit providers
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports
- Maintain a positive work environment, ensuring high levels organizational efficiency and communication
Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a bonus.Proven administrative experience of at least 2-4 yearsFamiliarity with office management systems, procedures and office equipmentProficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams;You must (be) :
