Position Summary
The Health Coach will play a vital role in supporting the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of Paradromics employees. This individual will develop and lead holistic wellness programs that promote sustainable health habits, enhance work–life balance, and strengthen organizational resilience.
The ideal candidate is a compassionate, knowledgeable, and proactive wellness professional who can inspire individuals to achieve their personal and professional best through education, motivation, and science-based strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement company-wide health and wellness initiatives that address physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and mental well-being.
- Provide individualized coaching and group sessions focused on developing healthy lifestyle habits, resilience, and energy management.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to integrate well-being programs into Paradromics’ employee engagement strategy.
- Develop educational materials, digital wellness resources, and workshops that foster awareness and participation.
- Evaluate program outcomes using feedback and data analytics to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Promote a supportive and inclusive environment where employees feel encouraged to prioritize self-care and balance.
- Stay current with evidence-based health and performance science to ensure programs reflect best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).3–6 years of experience in health coaching, wellness consulting, or corporate well-being program management.Certified Health Coach (e.g., ACE, NBHWC, NASM, or IIN certification).Excellent communication and motivational skills, with the ability to engage employees at all organizational levels.Proven ability to manage multiple wellness programs in a remote and fast-paced work environment.Strong organizational, analytical, and program evaluation skills.Preferred Attributes
Experience in healthcare, neuroscience, or technology-driven organizations.Background in mindfulness, behavioral psychology, or stress resilience training.Familiarity with digital wellness platforms and virtual coaching tools.Empathetic listener with strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence.Benefits
