Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with Open Heart (CVOR) experience to join our cardiovascular operating room team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing open heart procedures, ensuring safety, quality, and positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide perioperative care to patients undergoing open heart surgeries, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative support, and postoperative care.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Assist with surgical instrumentation, patient positioning, and monitoring during procedures.
• Document patient care accurately in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to maintain competency in cardiovascular surgical nursing.
