GENERAL DUTIES :

• Development, customization, and configuration for Oracle Peoplesoft CRM Help desk HR tool
• Assist with defining and translating requirements into new CRM environment
• Provide basic Integration Broker functions for development of Oracle PeopleSoft CRM and Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
• Provide Self Service Integration Setup in CRM module
• Configuration of Default HCM Source Values
• Publish quick codes from CRM to HCM
• Perform Initial Full Synchronization
• Set up Subsequent Incremental Synchronization
• Set up PeopleSoft HR HelpDesk Self Service Integration in CRM
• Experience with PeopleSoft enhancements, customizations, interfaces, queries using PeopleTools
• Ability to lead technical team responsible for the integration of CRM development with existing PeopleSoft HCM environment
• Knowledge and experience with upgrading and maintaining PeopleTools to support integration with HCM and CRM in new myHR production environment
• Ability to set up PeopleSoft HelpDesk Self Service integration in CRM
• Create and maintain project artifacts like Technical Design, Defects, Changes, etc.
• Design, develop and unit test project initiatives for PS CRM application
• Coordinate with PeopleSoft HCM teams and resources to ensure integration for CRM module
• Review technical designs to ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Will be responsible for design, development and delivery of PeopleSoft application development components, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and implementation of custom solutions
• Troubleshoot issues both technical and functional
• This position reports to the Development Manager and takes technical design direction from the Development Manager and from the Implementation Architect

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, and five (5) or more years of hands-on PeopleSoft experience or a Masters’ degree
• Code complex / integrated customizations and / or solutions using PeopleTools and related technologies (SQRs, Application Engines, CI’s, PeopleCode, XML)
• Highly skilled in PeopleSoft development utilities like, App designer, People Code, App Engine, Component Interface, XML Publisher, PS Query and SQR reporting
• Work with lead designer / BA to ensure effective communication, integration of project issues and deliverables, and clear articulation of business requirements
• Technical Subject Matter Expert who consults with project teams on technical development
• Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft Integration Technologies like PS Integration Broker, Send and Receive Service Operations, Component Interface, Web Services with 3rd party systems, Send Master
• Good working knowledge in Java (EE / SE) / HTML / XML / Web-services
• Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, implementation, testing and delivery
• Knowledgeable in multiple programming or scripting language (Java, JavaScript)
• Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft HCM modules (v9 or later)
• Oracle databases / performance tuning, 12g or higher
• Linux / Shell scripting and working knowledge of Perl
• Knowledge on Oracle 10g and version above the same
• 5+ years Oracle PeopleSoft HCM project delivery experience with technical expertise in several HCM modules

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• At least 3 years of experience in People Tools
• At least 1+ year experience in hands-on implementation or support with Peoplesoft HCM
• At least 1+ year experience in hands-on implementation or support with Peoplesoft CRM
• At least 1+ year experience in systems development life cycle for multiple Peoplesoft implementations
• At least 1+ year experience in PeopleSoft tools including PeopleCode
• 5+ years’ relevant experience in PeopleSoft applications, specifically developed on PeopleTools 8.5x and PeopleSoft Internet Architecture
• SQL (ORACLE, MSSQL)
• 5+ years of skills in Structured Query Language (SQL) programming language with the ability to code highly complex SQL
• Knowledgeable of PeopleSoft CRM and HCM functions
• Knowledgeable of SDLC life-cycle activities
