We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication, efficient order management, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
Manage customer accounts, resolve inquiries, and provide timely updates on shipments and logistics.
Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure accuracy and on-time performance.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.
Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and strengthen customer relationships.
Support administrative and reporting functions as needed.
