AP / AR Manager
Are you an experienced AP / AR professional with manufacturing experience? If so, a profitable international company with an excellent corporate culture is looking for you.
This position reports directly to the VP of Finance and offers a highly visible role.
Responsibilities :
- Manage Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable staff
- Manage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable process.
- Review and approve month-end close for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Employee Expense reporting
- Oversee and approve monthly Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable account reconciliations
- Approve confirmed and appropriate new vendor set up within ERP system.
- Supervisory responsibility for staff of 4
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Supervisory experience of at least 3 years
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Accounting related experience
- Preference towards manufacturing or larger corporation experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
