Base salary : $75,000 to $90,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth and profitability of FinanceBuzz’s paid media portfolio by owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns within various financial services verticals. Manage a large-scale budget ($20M+ / year), leveraging data to maximize ROAS and revenue while continuously testing, learning, and scaling across campaign types.
• Own campaign performance end-to-end : pacing, reporting, and results across all assigned Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max).
• Source and manage creative like a performance marketer : write ad copy, partner on creative development, and maintain an organized asset library to fuel rapid testing and iteration.
• Plan, launch, and optimize with precision : design campaigns with measurable objectives, owning targeting, bidding, and creative experimentation to push growth.
• Continuously monitor campaign health and aggressively optimize to drive higher CTR, reduce CPA, and maximize ROAS; ensure every optimization is tracked against business outcomes.
• Document tests and campaign changes in a structured log, sharing wins and learnings to raise the bar for the Paid Media team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business leads, account managers, and yield partners to surface headwinds / tailwinds, provide performance updates, and align on priorities.
• Leverage competitive research and intelligence tools to map the vertical landscape, uncover new opportunities, and expand into new growth areas.
• Serve as an internal subject-matter authority on Google Ads strategy, owning the full campaign lifecycle while scaling spend efficiently and protecting margins.

Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation : Base salary is set according to market rates and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your package includes base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Future increases are based on company and personal performance.
