Responsibilities :

  • Systemand Component Design : Spearhead the creation andexecution of electrical systems and components ensuring innovativeand efficient designs.
  • ControlSystems Oversight : Architect and perpetuate controlsystems including the design of HumanMachine Interfaces (HMIs) andthe programming of Programmable Logic Controllers(PLCs).
  • Technical Documentationand Analysis : Generate detailed power calculationsschematics and comprehensive materials lists forprojects.
  • SoftwareProficiency : Utilize industrystandard software toolssuch as Rockwell and Automation Direct for system development andtroubleshooting.
  • TroubleshootingExpertise : Diagnose and resolve complex systemissues providing reliablesolutions.
  • Electrical DepartmentSupport : Offer guidance within the electricaldepartment ensuring wiring standards and codes are meticulouslyfollowed.
  • FieldOperations : Engage in field visits to client sitesfor equipment startups demonstrating flexibility and commitment toclient success.
  • CustomerTechnical Support : Deliver expert technical supportand problem resolution to customers enhancing clientsatisfaction.
  • ProcessEngineering : Develop and refine industrial processesfrom the ground up focusing on optimization startup andcertification.
  • Data Analysis andProcess Improvement : Analyze process data conductsimulations and implement enhancements to systems andprocesses.
  • ProjectManagement : Navigate cost and time limitationseffectively ensuring project milestones aremet.
  • Risk Management andDocumentation : Conduct thorough risk assessments andprovide comprehensive process documentation and operationalinstructions.

Qualifications :

  • Experiencein Process Engineering : Demonstrated expertise indeveloping and optimizing industrialprocesses.
  • TechnicalProficiency : Exceptional technical skills with asolid understanding of processrelatedstandards.
  • Electrical andControls Knowledge : Indepth knowledge of electricalsystems and controllogic.
  • SoftwareSkills : Proficiency in general Windows computerusage and specialized software such as AllenBradley RS Logix 5000ControlLogix Factory Talk View HMI and Connected ComponentsWorkbench.
  • PLC and HMIProgramming : Experience in programming using theCompactLogix PLC platform with RS Logix 5000 software and HMIdevelopment with FT View SE AutomationDirect.
  • Design andSimulation : Skills in process simulations andfamiliarity with CAD orAutoCAD.
  • RegulatoryAwareness : Knowledge of health and safetyregulations relevant to thefield.
  • Analytical andInterpersonal Skills : Strong analytical capabilitiespaired with excellent interpersonalskills.
  • TravelRequirement : Willingness and ability to travel asrequired for client and projectneeds.
  • Customer ServiceSkills : Proven ability to interact effectively withcustomers.

PreferredQualifications :

  • VariableFrequency Drives (VFDs) : Experience with theselection configuration and troubleshooting ofVFDs.
  • Advanced SoftwareKnowledge : Additional proficiency in softwarepackages beyond the required qualifications particularly inadvanced engineering or designtools.
  • ProjectLeadership : Demonstrated ability to lead projectteams ensuring successful project outcomes within designatedtimelines and budgets.
  • InnovativeProblemSolving : Ability to approach technicalchallenges with innovative solutions improving process efficiencyand system reliability.
