Job Title : Physical Therapist

Job Type : Full-Time

Location : Klamath Falls, OR

Salay Range : To be discussed

Duties and Responsibilities :

Assess patient condition, establish goals and treatments in conjunction with the patient, and develop a treatment plan.

Verify required authorizations prior to the initial evaluation or treatment session.

Document findings, treatments, and other patient information in the medical record.

Supervise Physical Therapist Assistant when appropriate to ensure treatment plans are followed.

Operate therapeutic equipment and devices correctly; ensure proper use and maintenance.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners to ensure interdisciplinary care.

Qualifications :

Current, valid license to practice Physical Therapy in Oregon or eligibility to obtain one.

Current BLS certification.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and operations, especially in an FQHC environment.

Ability to work independently and in collaborative team settings.

Sensitivity to diverse patient and staff populations.

Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Must be free from any State or Federal exclusions.
