Physical Therapist

Salary : From $80,000 / year (Based on Experience Negotiable)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and extended hours

Setting : Clinic

Position Summary :

Provide patient-centered physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation to help patients achieve functional goals. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and maintain accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess patient condition, set goals, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver appropriate physical therapy interventions
• Document findings and progress in medical records
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants as needed
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely
• Educate patients and families on therapy and exercises
• Comply with reporting standards, policies, and regulations
