Job Description

Manage daily on-site operations for public construction projects, ensuring safety and efficiency. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications. Monitor budgets and schedules, addressing any potential delays or cost overruns promptly. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding construction and safety. Lead on-site meetings to communicate project goals and expectations effectively. Prepare and submit daily progress reports to project managers and stakeholders. Resolve any on-site issues or challenges to maintain smooth project execution.
