We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Sales Representative.

The Virtual Sales Representative is responsible for engaging HCPs to educate, identify patients, and qualify leads, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion. Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.

In the assigned territory, the VSR will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Additionally, you will be responsible for the administration of territory information and compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
• Develop and adhere to a daily / weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including calls, emails, and appointments in the CRM system.
• Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
• Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $65,000-75,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
