Qualifications :

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining project milestones, electrical schematics, and parts lists.
• Strong background in PLC, HMI, and temperature control systems programming and development.
• Ability to interpret written information, make decisions by analyzing facts and resolving problems individually and within teams.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with basic knowledge of markup, margin, and discounts.
• Excellent communication skills, with a knack for writing clear service reports and effective emails.
• Leadership in fostering open communication and promoting teamwork.
• Expertise in one or more of the following : Rockwell Automation PLCs, Siemens Automation PLCs, SCADA / HMI software, CAD software.
• Participate in after-hours calls and occasional travel, maintaining accountability to committed tasks.
