In our 1 : 1 ABA setting, you’ll directly engage with children (ages 18 months to 8 years) using ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques within a supportive, center-based atmosphere. With superior supervision, ongoing training, and a passionate team around you, every day is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference!

What You'll Do as a Behavior Support Specialist :

• Implement one-on-one ABA therapy to assist children with Autism in reaching their full potential by following treatment plans, collecting data, writing insurance notes, and utilizing supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Facilitate the development of early childhood skills through engaging and fun therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with teammates to enhance treatment, ensure safety, and foster a positive work environment.
• Interact with children through play, movement, and imitation, keeping up with their energy and enthusiasm to create a joyful atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders (peers, families, supervisors) to coordinate activities, celebrate successes, and advocate for individual needs.

Job Requirements :

Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment, including a 40-hour training curriculum, hands-on competency assessment, registering for an exam, and passing the board's exam.

Pay Ranges Based on Experience & Education :

For entry-level candidates, your first raise is typically awarded upon RBT certification, usually within 21 days.
