HVAC / BAS Sales Account Manager in Seattle, WA

Summary

We are seeking a friendly and experienced HVAC / BAS Sales Account Manager for our Seattle, WA location. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, excellent sales and account management skills, and experience with building automation controls systems for HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

Sales and Estimating : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prepare estimates, and close sales with new and existing customers.

Account Management : Manage and oversee HVAC and BAS service accounts, ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and account status.

Requirements

Experience : Proven experience in sales, estimating, and managing accounts in the HVAC industry.

Location : Must be based in Seattle, WA, with a stable work history.

Sales Skills : Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
