- 1+ years in a POS tech support role or similar type software roll out projects for multi-site readers, field device systems
- Experience remotely troubleshooting hardware / software products
- Experience with networking concepts
- Customer service oriented
- Prove analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and great team player
Responsibilities
- As the remote POS Support Technician, you will assist remotely with software system upgrades and roll-out projects
- Act as the remote POS Support Technician for system upgrades and roll-out affecting 500+ sites
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting with staff teams
- Interact regularly with vendors, field engineers, site managers, and project management
- Develop and improve documentation to support problem analysis and resolution
