Job Description

As a Security Officer - Retail Mall Patrol in Camillus, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and proactive engagement. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the premises, interact with visitors and associates, and provide exceptional customer service while addressing any security-related concerns. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
