Responsibilities :
Administrative Leadership & Management
- Oversight of BI Program at assigned branch
- Provide supervision & leadership
- Ensure program activities are consistent with FAC mission & values
- Team & employee satisfaction
- Monitor & adjust work load of all Coordinators
- Conduct regular supervisory evaluations & provide feedback
- Ensure all training requirements are met
- Work with Regional Director managing client referrals, matching, & staff hiring
- Ensure consistent & accurate reporting :
Assign new referrals
Assign BI to BI CoordinatorsTrack referral & triage processesApprove baseline assessments, renewals, family meeting documentationTrack monthly renewals & updatesMake sure Critical Incident Report & Review forms are completed correctlySupport staff during Out-of-Home InvestigationsAssist Coordinators with home visitsAttend required meetings, court, trainingsMaintain open communication with supervisorContribute towards agency culture, cultural competency & performance improvement outcomesAdministrative / PQI
Work with Regional Director & PQI Director implementing quality improvement processWork with Regional Director & PQI Director to ensure effectiveness of the programReview files & shift note audits for accuracy & complianceReview non-critical incident reports & client documentationMake sure Critical Incident procedures & documentation are followed & communicated with the Executive TeamActively participate in the Council on Accreditation process & coordinate with other departments for maximum effectivenessWork with BI Leadership & Finance Department for accurate payroll processesTrack Behavioral Program hours according to funding guidelinesProvide timely information for LINK & VOCA billingQualifications
Master's Degree in social work, psychology, public administration, or related human services field + 2 years working in non-profit social service agency, with at least 2 years supervisory experienceCore understanding of child welfare practice & policySetting priorities, creating efficiencies, guiding investment in people & systemsStrategic thinkerCommitment to principles of support & advocacy for foster & adoptive familiesAptitude to work with multi-disciplinary, diverse, dynamic professional teamsStrong verbal & written communication skillsLeadership, team management, quickly establish rapport & build trustFlexible, self-starter, multi-tasker, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlinesExperience working with marginalized communities, understanding of systemic oppressionsFlexible, adaptable to work with a wide range of cultures, people & organizationsSome travel requiredCompensation & Benefits
