As our organization continues to expand, we are seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team and lead company-wide operations.
Position Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. The COO will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and execute operational strategies that enhance efficiency, improve performance, support growth initiatives, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
This executive leader will oversee operational planning, process optimization, performance management, organizational development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the business operates efficiently and scales successfully.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all day-to-day business operations across the organization.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that support long-term business growth and organizational objectives.
• Establish, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
• Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and overall organizational performance.
• Evaluate and streamline business processes to drive scalability and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
• Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and operational planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and support business transformation efforts.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams throughout the organization.
• Identify operational risks and implement proactive solutions to support long-term business success.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management, executive leadership, or business administration.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale operations and driving measurable business results.
• Strong strategic planning, organizational development, and performance management experience.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience managing budgets, operational planning, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA or other advanced executive-level qualifications.
• Experience within private equity-backed companies, financial services, investment management, or large corporate environments.
• Experience supporting rapid organizational growth, mergers and acquisitions, or business transformation initiatives.
