Customer Success Associate- Investment Market Insights

Hybrid (2x per week in office required)
This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office at least 2x per week.
Preference to be given to applicants within a commutable distance to the office location.
My client, a leader in the investment market insights sector is seeking a new team member who proactively leverages client data to uncover insights and anticipates customer needs. Experience working in a subscriptions or recurring revenue model is required, buy side / sell side experience and a background in finance would be an asset.
What will you do?
- Offer personalized support and proactively reach out to clients on a regular basis in order to understand their specific needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Uncover renewal opportunities and conduct regular check ins with accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Prepare renewal proposals, negotiate contract terms and ensure client retention.
- Provide product demos, promote features & capabilities to help maximize usage.
- Support the Sales team, coordinate / host schedule meetings & events onboard new users and maintain client information in Salesforce.
- Survey Support : assist with polling, encourage survey participation, survey data cleansing, ensuring data quality and help in publishing survey results.
Skills & Experience
2+ years in institutional client experience in a recurring revenue or subscriptions business model.Experience servicing global customers in financial services institutionsHighly organized, self-starter, positive and results orientedIT Literate; knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Qlik and HubspotPassionate about data and strong attention to detailUndergraduate degree, preferably in business or economicsThis is a full time position with benefits. Salary range from $80K-$90K USD plus commission.
