Director of Sales Strategy at The Dunwoody Group - we're seeking a Director of Sales Strategy to lead a team focused on sales strategy, trade optimization, and category growth, ensuring the organization has the tools to win at retail.

You'll work cross-functionally to build strategies that make an immediate and lasting impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years in consumer products / CPG sales, blending direct selling with sales strategy, trade, or category management experience.
• Proven success in Food, Drug, Mass, and / or E-commerce channels.
• Expertise in forecasting, TPM management, S&OP, and category management using syndicated / POS data (Nielsen, Retail Link, etc.).
• Strong financial acumen with experience creating pricing and promotion strategies in competitive categories.
• A track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
