Refining client provided Sketchup models based off inspiration images or sketches Organizing and understanding client supplied drawings Curious and authentic, just like us! #beboldr An analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of details Passionate about client satisfaction Right and Left brain thinker - equal parts creative and systematic A solid portfolio of work Extensive experience with Sketchup Experience with the Adobe Acrobat Suite (Photoshop / Indesign) Exposure to 3DSMax, Corona, Unreal Engine or Revit a Plus Minimum BS degree in Architecture, optimal Masters in Architecture Private Health Insurance Paid Time Off Work From Home Training & Development Mental Health Program Philhealth Coverage

What is your role
We are looking for a 3D Modeler with an architectural background to help deliver our projects. This is done through the modeling of architecture, hardscape and topography based on client supplied collateral. Ideal candidates are familiar with Architectural Drawings and are able to refine the model based on details within these drawings. While not required, a background as a 3D Artist with familiarity with 3dsMax and Corona Renderer is preferred.
