Location : Skokie, IL Type : Full-Time | 24 / 7 Operations

Position Overview : MedEx is hiring a Dispatch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 24 / 7 ambulance communications center. This role demands flexibility, leadership, and a focus on delivering high-quality service in both emergency and non-emergency situations. The Dispatch Manager will :

• Lead and supervise dispatch personnel
• Coordinate emergent and inter-facility response activities
• Maintain compliance with operational and safety standards
• Foster strong communication across internal teams and with external partners
• Continuously improve dispatch processes and service delivery
• Report directly to the Communications Center Director

Compensation : Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience
