Director of Merchandising Specialty Sizing

The Director of Merchandising (Specialty Sizing) will be responsible for developing and implementing the emerging categories strategy for the client. This individual must have at least 8 years of retail merchandising experience in Womens apparel, with a preference for luxury expertise. E-commerce and / or DTC experience is also preferred. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven decision maker with a deep understanding of consumer and retail sector dynamics.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with external partners. They must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a critical eye for anticipating customer needs. The Director of Merchandising must be a continuous learner, open to new perspectives and proactive in the face of challenges. They should be motivated by a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be willing to stretch into or out of their functional comfort zones for team success.
