Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activities and identify potential issues. Document observations and / or incidents according to Allied Universal protocols and client site requirements. Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and / or contractors at the location, offering guidance and support as needed. Work in environments related to technology, media, and telecom, adapting to site-specific requirements and conditions. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol - Part Time in Kenosha, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic technology and media location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to those onsite. You will also deliver exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with visitors and staff. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will embody Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and innovation, creating a welcoming environment for everyone at the location.

DayTime Fri 08 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM
Sun 09 : 30 PM - 05 : 30 AM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
