Biologist II – in vitro primary cellular assays (FACS, MSD, and qPCR)

Onsite in Worcester MA

Length of assignment : 1 year to start

Hourly Rate : $37-40 / hr (medical benefits available at a cost)

Schedule : M-F 40hrs / week (limited flexibility with schedule / hours). 100% onsite / lab position.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Perform in vitro primary cellular assays to evaluate target biology using technologies like FACS, MSD, and qPCR
• Analyze biological samples by flow cytometry, including tissue processing and preparation, staining cells, acquiring data, and analyzing results
• Experience processing human or large animal lab species tissues
• Generate data in a timely fashion
• Inventory control of study samples and reagents
• Effectively and accurately record and report experiment results
