Our client, a leader in the legal and financial restructuring industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hybrid Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Hybrid Financial Analyst, you will be supporting the Corporate Restructuring department by monitoring court filings, reviewing creditor claims, and managing case documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title : Hybrid Financial Analyst
Location : El Segundo, CA
Pay Range : $27.00 to $29.00hr
Shift : 11 am to 7 : 30 pm PT, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Monitor court websites for newly filed documents related to restructuring cases
Review and manage creditor claims, ballots, and proofs of claim
Respond to creditor inquiries via phone and email regarding case status and procedures
Assist with mailings, compile service lists, and prepare affidavits of service
Perform administrative quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
What's Needed?
Ability to quickly learn and navigate proprietary software and applications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
One to two years of related office experience or relevant training is a plus but not required
