Lido Advisors, LLC, an established and expanding wealth management firm, is looking for a Financial Planner to join its Advanced Wealth Planning Team. The Sr. Associate will have an opportunity to work with a growing and experienced financial planning team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and present cases on planning calls for both clients and prospects with assets from $5 million to $15 million
- Consult and develop financial plans and wealth management strategies based on client's financial and investment goals
- Participates in calls with senior planners and attends debrief sessions to give and receive constructive criticism; includes participating in role-play scenarios
- Continue to build upon knowledge of Lido's tools, and all aspects of financial planning in general (tax, estate, insurance, investments, employee benefits, etc.)
- Meet with clients on an ongoing basis to review changes to their financial and personal situation
- Assist in developing content for webinars, Monday morning calls, and the Advanced Wealth Planning website
- Work alongside the marketing team to have articles published
- Effectively source business prospects and employ member acquisition techniques
- Assist in data gathering in anticipation of upcoming planning meetings
- Monitor and update client Financial Plans as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's DegreeCertified Financial Planning (CFP) Designation or pursuant of CFPExperience using eMoneyMust be highly organized, technically strong, and be an enthusiastic, effective team playerAbility to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to self-start, take initiative, work collaboratively, and drive resultsExcellent written and verbal communicationExperience with Excel / Word / Outlook / PowerPoint, with an emphasis on ExcelWe are an equal-opportunity employer.
