Senior Analyst, RevOps

BrandActive is seeking a Senior Analyst, RevOps to ensure our go-to-market (GTM) systems are running smoothly and fueling smarter marketing and sales execution. In this role, you'll help maintain the performance, integrity, and optimization of our tech stack, ensuring our teams have access to clean data, accurate reporting, and the right audiences for every campaign.
You'll support the configuration, automation, and reporting infrastructure across HubSpot, 6sense, and related platforms. Your work will help ensure we can trust the data we use to make decisions, target the right audiences, and measure performance across the funnel.
This role is ideal for someone who loves building order from complexity - who's analytical, systems-minded, and eager to dig into data, workflows, and dashboards to make everything work smarter.

Responsibilities
- Support the performance, integration, and administration of HubSpot, 6sense, and related GTM tools
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data views that provide visibility into GTM performance across campaigns, lifecycle stages, and conversion paths
- Contribute to quarterly and annual reporting cycles by compiling, analyzing, and visualizing performance data helping translate results into actionable insights and stories that inform future strategy
- Monitor and optimize lead flow, form fills, lifecycle stage tracking, and data quality across systems
- Support list building, segmentation, and audience prep for campaigns, paid media, M&A targeting, conferences and events, and industry-specific outreach
- Maintain and document automation workflows, routing rules, and field configurations in HubSpot
- Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing to ensure alignment between lifecycle definitions, attribution logic, and performance reporting
- Help troubleshoot data and system issues, escalating or resolving as needed
- Maintain internal system documentation, process guides, and admin best practices
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve system efficiency
- Ensure internal stakeholders can access accurate, timely information for campaign planning and decision-making

24 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or GTM systems supportProven experience in HubSpot required, including workflows, forms, fields, and reportingFamiliarity with 6sense, Outreach, or similar tools is an assetStrong understanding of B2B lead lifecycles and marketing automation logicDemonstrated ability to build and maintain dashboards and reports that drive insightExcellent attention to detail and commitment to data qualityAbility to communicate technical details clearly to non-technical audiencesCurious, methodical, and energized by improving how systems and teams work togetherCompensation and Benefits
