The Services Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring every service is a Job Done Well by driving strategy, running operational experiments, and scaling key initiatives that improve outcomes for both homeowners and pros. We thrive on solving complex challenges and partner closely across legal, product, analytics, care, sales, and data science to deliver thoughtful solutions that deliver high-quality experiences on our platform. About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing team at Angi. The Senior Analyst of Operations will work directly with the Senior Manager of Services Operations driving initiatives that enhance the trust and safety of our marketplace. You'll combine data-driven investigation with operational rigor to identify emerging risks, devise strategy, build frameworks, structure solutions, manage projects, and drive results in some of the most critical areas of the business.

In this role, you will own and support high-impact marketplace integrity strategic priorities to minimize lost revenue and uphold platform integrity. We're looking for a proactive, analytical operator who thrives in ambiguity and brings strategic insight, hands-on execution and project management to accelerate Angi's growth and ensure our customers and pros have the best possible experience.
