Financial Advisor Assistant
Lakeview Financial Group, an affiliate of Vista Wealth Solutions seeks an experienced financial advisor assistant to join our firm.
As the Financial Advisor Assistant, you will work side by side with highly experienced financial advisor(s) to help clients meet their financial goals. The financial advisor assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to financial advisor(s) in a fast-paced financial planning office. The ideal candidate might be someone who has earned Life and Health insurance licenses, has spent at least a few years in the financial services or insurance industry supporting and or building a book of business, and is looking to continue to his / her career. In certain circumstances, we may also provide necessary support in obtaining life and health licensing within the first 90 days of employment.
The financial advisor assistant will assist in including answering in-bound calls, preparing new account and service paperwork, managing multiple computer systems in a paperwork-intensive environment, providing customer service both in person and over the phone, facilitating and resolving client service requests, scheduling client meetings, generating and mailing correspondence, and completing other administrative tasks as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Financial Planning Support :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' operational inquiries and service requests, responding in a timely and accurate manner
- Build strong relationships with existing clients, gain familiarity with their objectives as well as ensure new clients have a positive onboarding experience
- Utilize financial planning software and tools with precision in order to prepare new investment or insurance applications, support transfers, money movement, and other client operational requests
- Support financial advisor / s with preparation for client review meetings, including generating reports and preparing forms
- Ensure all client applications, reports and processes adhere to compliance standards
- Manage Customer Relationship Management system
- Handle confidential and / or sensitive information responsibly
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and improve service delivery
- Assist Financial Advisor / s with addressing client requests or concerns, working efficiently and effectively to resolve issues
- Administrative Support
- Maintain admin functions of the office such as filing, office supplies and mail
- Leverage written and oral communication methods to conduct routine tasks such as scheduling appointments, compose and proofread correspondence and manage client correspondence
- Organize workflow and keep Financial Advisor's workflow organized.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications :
