Teksystems is seeking Insurance Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team. This role involves assisting borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions with homeowners insurance servicing inquiries, including payment and coverage questions.

Key responsibilities :

• Handle 3545 inbound calls per day related to insurance servicing.
• Navigate multiple systems to research and document calls accurately.
• Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Maintain adherence to quality and performance standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, MI.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
