As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be at the center of our operation : leading the Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams, to grow revenue, manage costs, ensure smooth daily execution, and elevating the guest experience every single shift.
What You’ll Bring :
- Leadership & Team Development – A strong coach who motivates, supports, and holds staff accountable to high performance.
- Proven Restaurant Management Experience – 2–4+ years managing full-service restaurants, balancing people, operations, and business priorities.
- Operational Know-How – A problem solver with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to navigate technical issues and ensure all systems run efficiently.
- Financial Responsibility – Comfort overseeing budgets, sales-to-labor costs, and expense controls without compromising hospitality.
- Health & Safety Knowledge – Strong understanding of DOH & NYFD standards and compliance. Food Handler’s License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Work Ethic & Flexibility – Ability to stand for extended periods and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
