Serving traditional French fare with a newly invigorated soul, the restaurant’s classic curved zinc bar, outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors, mosaic-tiled floor, and gold-tinged lighting, evokes nostalgia. Offering breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, and dinner, guests can enjoy gathering at any time of day — or visit us at Pastis Miami, Washington, D.C., Nashville, and soon, West Palm Beach.

Now Hiring : A lead-by-example Restaurant Manager who loves to train and mentor their team.

This position offers a comprehensive package including :

A base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000
Quarterly bonus program

Desired Qualifications :

2+ years of management experience in a well-rated, service-driven restaurant

Prior experience managing the front door as a Maître d' / Lead Host desired

Experience with Resy and / or OpenTable reservation systems preferred

Ability to assist with the management of service and complete administrative functions as assigned

Excellent communication and critical thinking decision-making skills

Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change

A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
