Job description

A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Representative I to provide exemplary service in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide efficient and timely service to members via various communication methods

Perform basic member service transactions and identify member needs to offer appropriate solutions

Maintain confidentiality of member information and support continuous improvement activities

Required Qualifications :

1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in service and sales goals

Basic understanding of financial products and services

Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Genuine interest in helping members and a personable, professional demeanor
