Job description

Seeking a PMO Lead to manage and oversee service desk related project management activities in compliance with contract requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and monitor project status, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Provide leadership and support to project management teams.
  • Communicate project progress with stakeholders and address concerns.
  • Implement process improvements for project efficiency.
  • Manage resources effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Prepare regular project reports and presentations.
  • Ensure contract compliance in all activities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with government contracting regulations and procedures.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
