As an SDR at Miter, you'll be at the front lines of our sales motionbuilding pipeline, sparking conversations, and creating opportunities with the right prospects. You'll play a key role in shaping our outbound strategy and helping us scale a repeatable, high-impact SDR process for the future.

This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per weekMonday, Tuesday, and Thursdayin either our San Francisco or New York office. We've found that some of our best ideas (and best laughs) happen when we're together in person, so we prioritize time in the office for team connection, collaboration, and momentum. You're always welcome to come in more often if that's your stylethe office is here for you. The rest of the week is flexiblework from wherever you do your best work!
What You'll Help Build
- Be the first point of contact in the sales cyclequalifying leads and prospecting new customers
- Generate revenue opportunities through proactive outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedInyou know the drill)
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and convert interest into qualified pipeline
- Effectively communicate Miter's value proposition and business impact to prospects
- Manage requests and route them to the appropriate internal stakeholders
- Own your activity and pipeline metrics in Salesforceforecasting, tracking, and refining along the way
- Test, iterate, and improve outbound campaigns with creativity backed by data
- Help develop scalable, repeatable prospecting strategies as we grow the team
