Safety & Compliance Specialist Supervisor(East Georgia).
Supervises, guides, and instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff.
Responsible for coordinating and performing inspections for compliance with policy, procedures, state and federal regulations, and standards to ensure adequate, safety, and compliance.
Interprets and administers regulatory issues, technical issues, and analytical data to document compliance with safety laws and regulations to ensure safety.
Maintains knowledge of changes in state and other safety codes and regulations as applicable.
Perform training, data management, and review reports.
Provides guidance and consultation regarding fire safety inspections, facility safety, and other related activities.
Determine and initiate follow-up actions, as needed.
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university OR Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Two years of related experience OR High school diploma or GED AND Four years of related experience OR One year of experience required at the lower level Safety & Compliance Spec 3 (RCP012) or position equivalent.
