A company is looking for a Client Happiness Servicing Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to client inquiries through various communication channels, providing accurate information and resolving concerns
Promote and cross-sell company products to eligible customers during servicing interactions
Assist clients with payment arrangements and guide them through loan processes and documentation
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or collections
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in navigating business systems and performing basic math calculations
Experience in student lending, banking, or financial aid industries is preferred
Background in call center environments or sales / account management roles is a plus
Familiarity with loan processing and / or underwriting procedures is advantageous
