Job Description
The Corporate Development Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the strategic inorganic growth initiatives of Baker Tilly. This position is responsible for assisting in mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, key hires + team lifts, partnerships, and other corporate development activities. The analyst works closely with senior leadership to identify and analyze opportunities, execute transactions (including helping drive due diligence and integration workstreams), and provide insights that drive long-term value creation.

Bachelor's degree - preference for a major in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, but not a "must" depending on prior experience. 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or related fields (sector experience in professional services is a plus). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
