Information Systems Engineer, Project Manager - (Experienced) (Onsite)

What Your Job Will Be Like :

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Engineer, Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects within our organization. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of project management methodologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project budgets and resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

On any given day, you may be called on to :

• Provide leadership and tactical planning and execution of processes and projects
• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of complex IT projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and monitor project progress against established plans.
• Proactively manage changes in service scope using change management, identifying potential issues, and leading efforts to devise contingency plans, as necessary to sustain service delivery.
• Identify potential service or project risks and respond by developing risk mitigation strategies, corrective actions, risk acceptance recommendations or avoidance for all aspects of the service or project.
• Develop and deliver status reports, service metrics and decision documents, and presentations for services and projects.
• Identify efficiencies and conduct lessons learned for process improvement.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Due to the nature of the work, this candidate must work onsite.

Salary Range : $95,400 - $185,700
