ISC Manufacturing is seeking an EXPERIENCED MIG FABRICATOR / WELDER.

ISC is a local manufacturing company that designs and fabricates complex systems and parts in a wide array of industries such as Agriculture, Mining, Aggerates, Construction, Waste Processing, and Conveying. We are looking for a skilled Fabricator / Welder with a minimum of 1 year of experience in MIG / FCAW processes.

What You’ll Do :

• Read blueprints and drawings and set up components for welding according to specifications.
• Operate angle grinders, drill presses, handheld plasma, oxy fuel torch, ironworker, to prepare the parts that must be welded.
• Weld components in all positions (horizontal, vertical, overhead).
• Work off ground 12’ or more on occasion. (using ladders / boom lifts).
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Always follow safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and project coordination.
• Must pass welding test prior to hiring.
• If hired there will be a 90-day probation period.
