Case Manager

We are looking for a proficient Case Manager proficient in Pashto or Dari to join our team in the non-profit sector in Dallas, Texas.

In this role, you will assist clients with various immigration matters such as asylum, family-based petitions, DACA, and naturalization applications.

You will also be responsible for conducting client intake interviews, managing a caseload of cases, and maintaining accurate case records.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a variety of immigration cases, including asylum, family-based petitions, DACA, and naturalization applications.
• Conduct client intake interviews and assess immigration eligibility.
• Assist clients in filling out immigration forms and gathering necessary supporting documents.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide case updates and answer any queries they may have.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to prepare legal arguments, filings, and evidence for immigration cases.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with organizational and legal requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team, which may include scheduling appointments, drafting correspondence, and managing case files.
• Utilize various skills such as CRM, Dcs, Management System, McKesson, Microsoft Excel, Benefit Functions, Case Management, Clinical Trial Operations, Counselling, Documentation, Asylum, and Naturalization
