A company is looking for a Customer Service and Collections Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage patient accounts, including cash collection and resolution of self-pay balances
Negotiate payment arrangements with patients and document commitments in account notes
Provide information regarding the Financial Assistance Program and refer calls as necessary
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred
At least 2 years of experience in healthcare account management with customer service preferred
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress environment
