• Inova Cornwall Healthplex* is looking for an experienced *Registered Nurse* to join the *Emergency *team. About the department :
• 35-50 patients a day, with approximately 20% pediatric patients
• 4-5 : 1 patient to nurse ratio
• Ventilator and ABG trained nursing staff

• Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
• Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.

• Additional Requirements : *
• Work schedule* : 3x12's, Day Shift or Night Shift available
• Education* : BSN or ADN ( If ADN : must complete / obtain BSN within 24 months of start date )
• Experience* : Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting. Prefer 1 year of Emergency RN Experience
• Certification* : BLS from the American Heart Association & VA RN license
