Business Systems Analyst II (BSA II)
Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II (BSA II) to join a collaborative, fast?paced enterprise in Columbia, SC . This hybrid role (3 days a week onsite) will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, supporting policy development, risk management, and automation initiatives.
What Youll Do
- Elicit, document, and validate user and business requirements to meet defined objectives.
- Guide both technical and business teams through the development of systems and solutions.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between business units and technical support teams.
- Review and assist in testing, problem resolution, and system deployment accuracy.
- Provide insights and recommendations on system improvements and business processes.
- Support policy development and risk management initiatives through automation and data?driven reporting.
